HSJ is a layered artwork file. The cover is only a preview: use Download HSJ under Choose a canvas rather than saving the cover image. Renaming a file extension does not convert its format.

Check Files or Downloads for a complete .hsj file with a nonzero size. On iOS, save to Files; on Android and HarmonyOS, locate Downloads in the system file picker.

Choose Import draft in DrawPiko and select the file. Open the imported draft and inspect its canvas and layers. Larger canvases need more memory: try a smaller size on lower-memory devices and avoid opening multiple large drafts.

If import fails, keep the original file, check free storage, confirm your app version supports HSJ import, and download again. If it still fails, submit Feedback with the template URL, device, system and app versions, and the error text. Results can vary by source file; full fidelity for every HSJ file is not guaranteed.
