No verification email? Check spelling, your inbox and spam folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes; request another after 60 seconds. A new code replaces the previous one. After five incorrect attempts, request another code. Follow any rate-limit message before retrying.

Do Google users need to register again? No. Verify the same email to recover or establish a password for the existing account. If Google login says a password account exists, sign in with that password instead of creating a duplicate.

Do downloads require login? Public template files can be downloaded directly; collections require login. Memberships, paid products, artwork publishing and cloud draft syncing are not available yet.

Can I sell or share templates? Follow each template’s permitted and restricted uses and retain its author/source attribution. Free does not imply permission for commercial use, redistribution or resale.

Blank page or failed download? Reload, check your network and storage, and try a smaller canvas or another download. For persistent problems, send the page URL, error text and steps through Feedback.
